LumiraHouse collects details that visitors choose to share, along with limited technical data gathered automatically:

• Contact details: name, email address, and phone number
• Account details: login email and an encrypted password
• Messages: anything written into the contact form
• Technical data: browser type, device type, pages viewed, and general location

• Create and maintain user accounts
• Reply to questions and contact form messages

Personal information may be shared only in limited situations:

• With a home warranty provider when a visitor asks to be connected
• When required by law, court order, or to protect legal rights

The site may use cookies and similar tools to remember preferences, keep sessions secure, and understand how pages are used. Most browsers allow cookies to be blocked or cleared, though some features may not work as expected afterward.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission online is fully secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Personal information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or made anonymous.

Visitors have choices about their information, including the ability to:

• Request a copy of the personal information on file
