These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the LumiraHouse website and any account created on it. By browsing the site, creating an account, or submitting a form, a visitor agrees to follow these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.

LumiraHouse shares general information about home warranty plans and helps homeowners explore coverage options for household systems and appliances. LumiraHouse is not a home warranty provider, does not issue plans, and does not approve or deny service requests.

Content on the site is educational. It does not replace the written terms of any plan, and it should not be read as a promise that a given repair or replacement will be covered.

To create an account, a person must be of legal age where they live and able to enter a binding agreement. Account holders agree to:

• Keep their password private and secure
• Update their details when something changes
• Accept responsibility for activity under their account

When a visitor selects a consent option on the signup form, LumiraHouse may send service or marketing text messages as described in that option. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Coverage limits, exclusions, waiting periods, service fees, and cancellation rules are set by the provider.
